to pull credit and render a decision.
The moment the 'send application' button is pressed
from your mortgage website, you are instantly notified via email that a prequal
was received.
You then log into your secure eSite Mortgage Website Management Center to review
the prequal data. All site prequals are stored in chronological order within
your eSite Management Center for easy future reference.
We also include a 'Credit Report Authorization Form' that gives you their permission
to run credit. If that box isn't checked from your mortgage website, don't pull
credit. If it is, it's recorded in your eSite Management Center.
